Changed your mind or got something wrong? You can ask to return an item within 7 days of delivery.

How to return an item

1. Open your order (Your orders, or Track an order if you checked out as a guest).
2. Choose "Return" on the item, pick how many and the reason, and send the request. Guests confirm the phone number used on the order.
3. Mallket reviews it and, if approved, arranges to pick the item up.
4. Once the item is received, Mallket refunds you and gives you a refund reference.

• Damaged
• Wrong item
• Not as described
• Changed my mind
• Something else

Good to know

• If a return is refused, Mallket always writes the reason on your order.
• You can return up to the number of items you received.
• Orders that were cancelled before delivery are refunded by Mallket with a refund reference.
