Delivery

Mallket handles all delivery. You get one delivery per order, even if it contains items from several sellers.

How it works

1. Each seller packs their items and marks the parcel ready.
2. Mallket collects every parcel to its hub.
3. When all parcels are in, one rider delivers your order.

Track your order

Every status change appears on your order page, from "Order placed" to "Delivered". Signed-in customers find all their orders under Your orders. Guests can use Track an order with their order number.

Good to know

• Delivery time depends on your district and on when each seller has packed, so we do not promise a fixed number of days.
• Cash on Delivery: you pay the rider when the order arrives, and you need to be signed in to choose it.
• An order can only be cancelled before it leaves for delivery.
