Payment methods

Mallket collects all payments, so you only ever pay Mallket, not each seller.

Available now

• Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to NPR 25,000 when you are signed in.

How we keep it safe

• An order is only marked paid after Mallket confirms the payment directly with the payment provider.
• Card numbers never touch Mallket's servers.
• When you place an online order we hold your items for 30 minutes while you pay, so nobody else can buy them. If the time runs out they are released, and you can still pay if they are still available.
• Prices and totals are always recalculated on our server at checkout.

If money left your account but your order still shows as waiting for payment, please contact us with your order number.
